About RDCC

The Rural Development Call Center is a platform provided for a beneficiary to share their problem with government bodies at the State, District, and Mandal levels. It acts as a link between beneficiaries and government bodies.

RD Call Center Services: Three Key Purposes

  1. Register Your Grievance: The center collects your details, including your name, surname, location, and the type of grievance you have in accessing welfare schemes.
  2. Technically Escalate the Complaint: Registered beneficiary problems are escalated to the concerned government departments and officials through messages, email (rdcallcentre.tg@gramit.in), and their allotted logins.
Note: RD Call Center does not solve or redress the registered complaint; only the concerned government department officials handle it.
  3. Acknowledge the Beneficiary: An alert message is sent to the beneficiary whenever a problem is registered, escalated, or closed by government officials. Once a complaint is registered, a unique ID, called the "Problem ID," is generated and sent to the beneficiary as an alert message.
Beneficiaries can also view the status of their complaint on the website through the Know Your Status option.

In this way, the RD Call Center serves the beneficiary with timely acknowledgment and effective facilitation, supporting all schemes and ongoing programs of Rural Development.
